This is the worse company ever to rent from
they are slum lords and scammers they do not want to fix anything and when they do they want to charge you when its from wear and tear or the home being old, and when when you move Jeff will lie and give you a false itemized list of things you owe to keep your deposit and they have the worse customer service, very unprofessional, liars and twisted minded men

I believe that property liquidators are a great company. I'm currently renting one of there many properties going 5 years. Everyone that's I met are really nice considering what's happening in the USA they where nice even before Covid hit. They respect your privacy. They do not just show up, if they do the tenant had have to call them to fix something. I have not experienced anything bad from Property liquidators.
