Staff was reluctant to request records from my old provider when trying to establish care so they could repeat X-rays taken 6 months ago. I wonder why? Unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I walked out of the appointment. Not a smart way to treat people in a small community where there is a limited number of potential patients.
I was never asked to provide my records before the appointment. A normal office facilitates that for a patient. I provided information about my previous provider and when X-rays were taken. It took a simple call to the other provider to have them emailed immediately. Courtesy would have been reaching out to do that without making it uncomfortable or blaming me for not coming in with X-rays. I asked the support staff to do it long before I was called back for the cleaning. I am not concerned about the cost of the appointment but I do not want to be treated by people who are unhelpful and unkind. I’m glad to remove this review if I receive an apology.

Dr Catey-Williams and the Staff did an excellent job with my root canal! It's not a pleasant procedure but they managed it with next to no pain and discomfort. Well done!
