They were very punctual and professional. After the inspection was done I received a full pdf file as well as paper document over the whole inspection of the house, which was very helpful. However after we purchased the home we started to renovated the house to find out we had 5 busted floor joists as well as black mold underneath the sink. I was very upset to say the least. Then to find out that the inspector didn’t even go into the crawl space in the first place. I would not recommend strictly based on that the inspection really wasn’t not a full home inspection and that they missed some major issues with the house.
