I feel like generally insurance agents are sleasy or want to take advantage of you, but as soon as I met Brad, I could tell that I could trust him. When I asked him about why he was recommending a specific insurance, he said that they have not liked their interactions with one of the other options when filing claims and that the other option cost more and had fewer benefits. Sold! I just felt like he had my best interests at heart. I also came in under a time crunch, and he got me a proposal within the day (which is what I needed). And we gabbed about trees - ha ha! Highly recommended.

highly recommend Max Insurance agency, Inc! Brad Kauffman has been the biggest help with all my insurance needs! Hard to get customer service in any industry now days. I can tell you that this insurance agency is exceptional!
