Jason was prompt, quick and very professional. He offers a high quality product and was the best price of 6 roofing companies estimates. Only took 1 day to reroof the house. House looks great and I have already hired him for another project.

Absolute best experience having my roof done. The shingles used are an upgrade at every other roofer I checked with and a big increase in price. Very easy to work with and crew was on time and when they left you couldnt tell they were there, no mess at all. Best price and better quality than anyone else Ive dealt with. Initially, Jason was attentive to questions/concerns and completed the job satisfactorily. However, the roof developed a leak around the chimney first and the skylight second. After repeated calls he came out and repaired the flashing around the chimney, although he never followed through with hiring someone to repair the damaged interior ceiling. I hired a drywall contractor myself to make the drywall repair and asked Jason to cover the cost. After several calls/texts he finally did come through and pay for the repair.
A few months after our skylight started leaking. Again, after several calls/texts he comes out and states that he will order a replacement flashing for the skylight, and it should be in 'within a few days'. Several weeks and multiple calls/texts later he comes out and applies silicone to the glass/jamb joint. I asked about the "replacement flashing ordered" and he ignores the question and said that the silicone will prevent the leak. The next rain/freeze the skylight leaked as before. I called/text repeatedly and he never responded. The final text I sent (because he doesn't answer calls) stated that I will hire another contractor to repair his work and will expect reimbursement from him. He has never replied.
Jason and his crew will get the job done, but with significant mess and extremely poor/absent follow-up service and/or incomplete repairs. I would suggest seeking other contractors as this one comes with significant aggravation and little to no follow-up service for repairing his own work.
In response to Jason's rebuttal: The skylight did not leak before the roof replacement. Jason did ask if I wanted to replace the skylights, which I then asked if they needed replaced even though there were no problems with them. He explained they could be replaced after the new roof was installed without significant problems, so we elected to keep them; so a little stretch of the truth here. Bottom line is that 1) it didn't leak before the roof was replaced, and 2) Jason told me he would repair the leaking skylight. His response of 'moisture and condensation' is a complete fabrication- and typical contractor excuse for not standing by his work. Questionable integrity Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
