Simplified check-in information and gate key was waiting for us at the office. My wife was blown away by how amazing the washroom facilities and shower areas were top-notch she says. Also was very nice for the mens side. easy pull through with water, power, and black waste at site ! and Burn ring and picnic table. The only downside of the trip was that unfortunately the RV park is very near to a freight train track that runs all night long and blows their horn at least six times per train. On our stay we heard at least four trains throughout the night at a minimum. noise level mightve been different with an enclosed RV; we were in a pop-up. Staff very friendly and with one phone call will open up the store for anything you need fully stocked.
Noteworthy details: Playground , on-site laundry, Game room , Gated entrance.full store and restaurant, ice cream when in season

We stayed one night at the Elkhart RV Campground. The campground is beautiful with lots of mature trees. Sites had full hookups and showers were also available.

Im giving 5 stars because the 2 RJourney RV Parks we stayed in, (Pine Bluff Wyoming & Elkhart Indiana), are staying open for the RVers that have to make their way across the country in the winter, in parts of the US that have terribly cold and miserable weather.
Also because of the RJourney staff who arent at the location of the RV parks. They do try very hard to be as helpful and accommodating as possible on the phone.
It isnt an easy job dealing with weary RVers who have been driving all day and arrive at a park where there is no staff on site and you cant find the water hose to fill up your tank or the site your suppose to be in already has someone using it for parking or the water tap is frozen etc. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and remained calm while trying to calm an exhausted, stressed person who is towing their home behind them.
I give all of the staff in the RJourney call center a gold star!
We really are grateful to RJourney for keeping parks open at this time of the year and giving such great discounted rates. This is much appreciated! We have told quite a lot of people already about our RJourney experience. We had never stayed in any of your parks before but we will certainly be looking for them in the future as we travel back and forth across the country.

The remote phone person was well informed about the campground. The open site was convenient, the gate code worked well. Our rig was long because of the trailer so we could not connect to the sewer drain. The dump station helped take care of business quickly and efficiently.
Safety: The onsite workamper was busy but took the time to welcome us, but was aware that we were setting up and didn't visit long.
Walkability: The campground is setup for walkers and pathways are marked.
Noteworthy details: The preparation for our arrival on Sunday ( not a business day for them) was very acceptable.
