I live in the Brazil area. I have always used the more common company around Brazil. After not having the best of luck with them and giving them first chance today when the need for repair or cleaning was urgent, they failed to return the call in ten minutes like they claimed they would. After waiting a couple hours I chose to contact the best reviewed company in the area in hopes theyd be willing to service me in Brazil. Upon calling Johnny quick which is the best reviewed company in the area and for good reason the phone was answered. The female taking the call was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She advised a time range theyd be over and even said if it would be much earlier or later shed call to let me know. That being said the guys arrived right on time. There were a total of three men that showed up. No issues like previous with Sutherlands where they say well if I wasnt here by myself Id of. And let you know theyre basically skipping a step. No these guys were on it. They quickly found the issue that was causing the issue. They fixed it quickly and pumped the septic also. The help that showed up was great. They were friendly. They made sure it was all in good shape before leaving. The issue had unfortunately been caused by a contractor that washed out his grout buckets into my tub and the grout eventually set up in the main line just before the tank. So thankful it was all corrected and good to go. Would definitely pick this company and their good professional service and great customer service again. I hope they continue to serve the Brazil area as theyre dependable and show up when they say. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Had some issues with our septic tank and our pipes and these guys came out two days in a row and fixed it and did a great job and they were very pleasant to work with and charged about half the price every other place quoted us and didnt charge extra to come out to our house even though they are in greencastle!! Definitely would recommend them!

I am completely thankful for this business! They bailed me out of of a bad situation. They showed up within a couple hours of me calling and pumped out my tank. I had a clog at the inlet pipe that had caused a back up into the house. After clearing the blockage and pumping the tank, all is well. They were friendly, professional, fast, and I felt fair priced. Thanks to y'all at Johnny Quick.

Firstly, I contacted Bakers before this company. They showed up and in one glance told me my septic was more than likely bad. I scheduled for them to empty my tank and they never showed up, I had been waiting for 3 days.
Now once I contacted Jonny Quick, I got very helpful information about what could be the issues and a promise their guy would be here by 4pm. They got here by noon! The employee was very helpful and professional (Bakers needs to take notes on that) and found roots and rocks stuck in my finger system. He cleared as much as he could out, drained the tank and was gone within the hour. BEST 240$ I've ever spent! I'm sticking with Jonny Quick from here on out and I promise you'll want to as well.
