We visited the greenfield OCharleys on May 6th 2022. Jade was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing! I would even say best server weve ever had. Always had a smile, and made she we had everything we needed. Will definitely visit again soon!

This used to be one of my favorite go to places for a decent steak. It seems now their main focus is chicken and dessert. Our dinner was just okay, and my dessert was blackberry cobbler and the crust was so hard I couldn't eat it. I'll be back but I was disappointed.

So I've haven't had O'Charley's in a year or so. Firstly, I ordered a sirloin medium well. Received a steak that was barely medium and only one side of the steak was seared. Other side was rubbery and not even seared. Macaroni and Cheese literally tasted like noodles, couldn't taste any cheese. The tenders were over cooked and super dry and the breading was kinda gray. Fries were soggy as well. Definitely 100% not worth the money. I will compiment their customer service. The server and management was very quick to try to get things fixed and sincerely sorry. But, the replacement steak I received was WELL-DONE ALMOST burnt. The management took my meal off the ticket completely and I almost felt bad because they kept apologizing. Also to note, they were practically dead. I believe it's their cooks that are setting up this establishment for failure. They definitely need re-trained. As for the server and management they deserve a raise. We also heard the people next to us complain about their food so it wasn't just our experience that was mediocre.

We ordered carry out for a party of six tonight. Everything was handled perfectly! Ordering online was easy and efficient and the food was ready right on time! The cedar-planked salmon was especially delicious! Thank you for a great experience!

Love love love the chicken tenders! My husband and I needed to get out of the house after this recent weather. Came out for lunch sat in the bar area. Jess, the bar server was absolutely wonderful. She had some great drink recommendations and believe me after having the grandkids for 2 days it was needed.
