June 2020 I had a brand new system installed, warranty and "routine maintenance" were to be included...fast forward June 2021 and my system is now leaking water all over my house, I have reached out to Andrew on multiple occasions with no response. Garbage Service.

Update: I originally posted a good review. However, the new furnace (installed in the summer) would not fire up once the cold set in. I had to pay another company $200+ to come out and fix it. He did say he was having a surgery on his hand, but he had no other backup plan. No follow up either. Also, the unit was supposed to come with a UV light, but I couldn’t find it within the unit. After asking, he said it was on “back order.” However, he did not mention that after install. I had to investigate to figure out that it was not installed. He never came back to install it and has been non-communicative since. I wanted to like this guy, but I would no longer recommend. A lot of talk, but failed on the action. Avoid. We needed a new furnace and AC installed for an investment home. Andrew had a promotion going on which included a free Rheem UV light which was a big draw, compared to other estimates. I contacted him on a Saturday and he promptly came out on a Sunday to confirm estimate. System was installed on our agreed upon date, and he and his crew had everything installed very quickly. PROS: Excellent communication Arrived when he said he would Quality work! Good pricing Very polite/professional Finished quickly Cleaned up everything nicely before they left CONS: None! Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again personally and in our house flipping business. Services: Heating system installation, AC installation, Thermostat installation

Had AC unit go out called he gave me a fair estimate. Gave me a date to come out. Showed up on time very professional everything looks great tested before he left amazing job 👏
