I had unauthorised charges on my account. I never authorized the charges on my account but mindy in customer services would not help with the charges. I had canceled my debit card. Mindy said "do not bother coming in because I will not help you, call the number on the charges and they can help you.
There in no doubt in my mind that mindy knew they would not help me unless I gave them my new debit card information.
I tried to call the number on the charges when I found the charges sat on hold 3 minutes , 58 seconds phone disconnected, 2nd time sat on hold 3 minutes and 59 seconds and disconnected. I did this before canceling my debit card
The best she can make me give them my new debit card number ?????
