Horrible treatment, less than 1 star. I had previously set a appointment with Mark Terrell a month out. Mark was personable and knowledgeable. I called in a couple of days early to confirm. A woman answered the phone and I asked who I was speaking with so I could address her properly. She refused to give her name and hung up on me. I then went down to speak with Mark to confirm and found out that it was his wife. She came out and said I was pushy for asking to whom I was speaking with over the phone and said she didn't want my business. Mark just stood there. I've never been treated with so much rudeness and disrespect. Mark might be a great mechanic but i dont know. I wouldn't pay anyone who speaks to their potential customers like she did to me. Paul

Wonderful experience very friendly and non intimidating for a women by herself to go to. Didn't feel like because I am a women the were ripping me off. 😁
