Sav-A-Step Food Mart

If I coupd rate a negative 20 I would at this point. Its sad as I have been shopping at this store Daily twice a day alot of the time. Spending between $70-100 each time. For 3 years now. I have a keen eye for things so on many occasions i have informed them of people stealing. I have even gone as far as informing the police of really fishy people entering with one clerk and being late at night. Since this new manager Josh Graham has started here. I have had my money stolen. With refusal to reimburse. I have now purchased on 3 occasions rotten milk. Each time he made a smart comment about it not being his problem and he will not refund OR swap out the product. This last time (late yesterday night) we proceeded to pull 7 more off the shelf. Informing the clerk that due to the so called managers attitude and demeanor towards customers that we would be going to corporate. As we attempt to walk into the store tonight to get our normal nightly items and gas, we are informed that we are now banned from the store.. I will be contacting corporate AND and attorney. They NEED a better suited manager

Friendly staff, very clean, good deli food, but the prices on snacks are higher than other stores, bought a drink & a candy bar, cost $4.50 + tax
