Called when I needed an inspection on my first home, they answered and were super polite. A bit more expensive then other inspectors but with that you get quality. You get a former fire fighter veteran who KNOWS what can cause issues and WILL NOT HIDE that info from you like some others may that may be encouraged by shady realtors and the like. Allan is courteous and really made us feel at ease with everything and had an interesting chat while he was doing a professional job. I recommend Allan and Elite Home inspection to anyone who is looking for high quality service and expertise.
