Purchased an engagement ring and wedding band back in 2011. Since then we have had nothing but issues with Diamonds falling out. We take the rings in every 6 months for inspection. It sometimes will be fine for months after the inspection, and sometimes we will have an issue just after. Because of this we had gotten special approval for the Lifetime Warranty and I paid for this on all 3 rings. After getting informed that the store will be closing I called to get an update on the Warranties from Corporate. I was told there was nothing in their system about the coverage for the rings and that the store probably had not submitted the information yet. Call to talk to the store and what do you know, nobody there can assist because they don't have a manager in and they may not until this weekend, they really couldn't tell me when a higher up would be in. With many customers probably looking for some answers due to the store closing, it would make a lot of sense for a Manager to be on site. As of right now, it looks like the store decided to steal my money as far as I am concerned. Luckily I have things in writing from the manager that they sold me the warranty or else I would be SOL, and I feel like I may still be. Side Note: The best advice they have for my wife to help not lose diamonds is to just not wear the ring at all, sounds pretty reasonable since thats what a ring is made for.

Just gave my girlfriend her ring 4 days ago and as we spent the holidays around the house we have already lost a diamond out of her engagement ring. Not happy at all.
