      image I did not buy my wedding ring from zales but it is a Vera Wang that they sell. I took my ring in to be cleaned , republished, inspected etc. And to have a diamond replaced. Within a few days a different diamond falls out. This was the first diamond in 6 years that fell out and now after the cleaning within days another falls out. Zales said its not covered since I didn't buy it from them . Edit ** the manager reached out and fixed my issue and was very apologetic and nice. Great customer service
