Hired Sims to put in rip rap on high bank on the river, and they did an excellent job. Price was right, and clean-up great! I would highly recommend !

We hired Sims lawn care for tree removal, and replanting grass. When we first spoke with the contractor, he said the job would take 2 weeks max. It ended up taking more than two months, with us nagging them multiple times to finish the work. We asked multiple times when the work would be finished, but the contractor would not answer our calls or give us a clear answer. We received multiple letters from our homeowners association because of trash in our yard, which they took days to pick up. Maybe it would have been worth all this trouble if the end results were good, but our grass is uneven and patchy. The contractor said he would stop by to check on the grass and pick up netting he put over the grass, but he never followed through. We asked him to not plant grass on the edge of our yard, because we were saving space for flower beds. He disregarded that, and planted grass there anyway. We were highly disappointed that the contractor disregarded our requests, and felt no need to correct their work. The left side of our yard was done in a span of two days, despite the fact that this overall project took two months. The left side of our yard looks horrible. Then on top of all that, The contractor asked for more money than was originally agreed. We got him to take some of the charges off, but he still added 135 dollars worth of charges without our knowledge or consent. We wasted our time and money with them.
