Stood there for 5 minutes with 2 associates that saw me walk in. Both purposefully neglecting eye contact with me. So I left. Thats pretty terrible customer service.

i come in often for lunch and sometimes dinner i avoid breakfast here because the hispanic in the morning can be rude its sometimes hard to understand her then sh gets upset and get loud .. ive came in for lunch and dinner with the mother and daughter working they are an amazing crew too have they go above and beyond if they dont have a product they will offer you to try other sandwhich i usally get a bmt they were out of ham so tawya told me i should gibe the philly a try it was amazing !!! 5 stars

Gotta give it to the young lady that served me and my family the other night on 12-13-22 she was so polite made us feel right at home she deserves a bonus I will be back. Vegetarian options: Lots of Veggies we love Kid-friendliness: My kids love the spacious lobby Parking: Parking is convenient to subway Dietary restrictions: Healthy food options for diabetics

I came into this location on December 28th @ 7:30 PM. The moment me & my friend walked in the lady working, Jaylynne, looked up at us with a rude look and then went back to making the sub she was working on. Never greeted us or anything. She went to put the sub she was making in the oven and slammed the oven door and when the timer went off because the oven was done she rolled her eyes and continued working on something else, just allowing the oven to continuously beep over and over and over. Another customer walked in about 5 mins after we did and she let out a huge sigh of breathe like she was frustrated another customer was there. We didnt feel welcomed at all, and actually she made it very known she was frustrated that there were customers here. Me & my friend, as well as the customer behind us, decided to leave and go next door to 5 guys. I will not be back to this location to order if I see she is the one working that day. Im unsure how you can work in a customer service position and be so hateful and upset that you have customers coming in. Very unpleasant experience!
