      image Good luck trying to get ahold of her. Unprofessional, voice-mail box always full, doesn't respond to emails. After 5 weeks had to contact corporate to have them change my agent and put my new car on. Which literally took 1 phone call and 8 mins of my time. Thanks for sending me glamor shots and post cards of yourself, how about you take care of your customers that have been with you for years. Everything you read about her not getting back to you is very true and very Unprofessional. Farmer's set me up with a new agent that takes all my calls and emails no problem.

      image I'm am insured with them for My vehicle . I got no response from my agent so I had to call the corporate office for action . I shouldn't have to do that . I felt completely dismissed by my agent. May have to switch to another agent.
