      image I’ve been on Ace Plumbing’s schedule for over a week, scheduled through Lowe’s, and neither Lowe’s or I can get a call, or a call back (called at least 8 times and left voicemail, as well as left messages through Ace Plumbing’s website). With that being said, I’ve got two senior citizens that have been without hot water for over a week now, with no commitment from Ace of when they can install the replacement water heater.
      I would give them 0 stars, if possible.
      Never count on Ace!!!
