I usually prefer to DIY but I don't mess around with 220 volts + water + pressure tanks in a confined space. I called Sowles at 8 am, they where out around 9:30 am with the full crew ready to do whatever was needed. They didn't mess around and immediately went to work diagnosing the issue. We agreed on pricing and they even had the part on their truck. Water was flowing to my faucets within 30 minutes of them arriving.
If I would have done this myself it would have cost me more, plus considering the labeled breaker didn't turn off the pump power it could have been very dangerous. I'm glad I called the pros to get it done right the first time.

We had these guys out on an emergency call. They quoted the job and we agreed to the charges. They showed up on-time and completed the job and charged significantly LESS than the agreed to cost. I run my business the same way, it is nice to know that there are others who do the same. I'll quote the job, but if it turns out NOT to be as big an issue as thought, why charge the unearned money!
