So, scheduled an appt to have my carpets cleaned w/AJ's Carpet & Upholstery & Cleaning, Highland, & they set it for Sat., 11/26/22 between 8-10 am. I clarified to ensure they meant the Sat after Thanksgiving  & the young woman answering the phone responded, yes, 11/26. I said okay, great. So we got everything picked up & ready so they could come in & get it done. At 10:30 am, they had not arrived or called, so I called & got the answering machine. Called again at 11 & the same young woman answered the phone & and acknowledged that she spoke w/me & scheduled the appt, but then said, sorry, but no one is working this wknd ... all I can say is WOW! They scheduled this appt - time & date, & clarified the date/time & accepted & now this ... they totally inconvenienced my household & I would NEVER recommend their services. Sooooo unorganized & unprofessional!
