This is my second timing using Penny P Properties for both selling and purchasing a home and I will never use another company. Penny always breaks everything down so that you understand every step in the process. She is easy to reach and quick to respond all while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism. My family and I are very grateful that she helped make what would normally be a stressful experience, a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.

Penny has been my property manager for a couple of years. One property was difficult to manage and later sell, but we did get through the process successful. A different property has a new tenant and is doing quite well now after Penny placed a new tenant
