The female at the counter is OK, but the guy that works there is a worthless waste of human space and doesn't help anyone or anything. I'm Telling you to go somewhere else for better equipment and support.

First I wanna say this place is really an gem in highland and the surrounding area. We rented a 15 passenger van for our vacation trip to Florida. This van handles well and drive like a car. If you really know how to drive you honestly can't tell you are in a van. You can see this company cares about their fleet of vehicles. It was great on gas, the mileage was ok. From here to Florida we stopped for gas maybe 4 times. And that's because I never wanted the van to go pass half.. but renting from them is a great choice they have plenty of sprinter van available But they are booked fast I would go months in advance to make sure the vehicle is available. Now we are just waiting for our deposit back if that happens or goes wrong lll add to this review

The Female is really nice , but the fat guy in the front counter really bad attitude problem, maybe needs to loose some weight

First time using this car/van rental very professional and knowledgeable van was latest model very clean and had all tech features overall we had a great experience definitely will use them again in the future. (Rented 15 passenger van hard to find they have many )
