I called this morning and spoke with Kathy, the owner. I wanted to send a 'statement' floral arrangement to the nearby nursing home who had cared for my mother for several years. (She just passed.)
I was very forthright about my concerns with OTHER florists (NOT Bryan's) who have filled an order "to value" according to the price and I have ended up with an arrangement that is skimpy in comparison to the image on the website. You can imagine how disappointing this has been.
Bryan's Florist was wonderful to work with. Kathy skillfully guided me through my options and, within less than an hour, had created a gorgeous bouquet. I live 2000 miles away and she was kind enough to email a photo of the bouquet to me. SPECTACULAR! It was everything I had hoped for.
It will be delivered within 3 hours. I highly recommend this reputable florist! Thank you, Kathy!
