Nowhere to park. Ever. Car was hit and ran by a Mexican (I have witnesses). Management is slightly disrespectful sometimes. Maintenance? Good luck!! Do you enjoy mice, roaches, mold? Then this is your place. Pool has been broken for years. Office doesn't answer the phone. Broken glass in the parking lot. Overflowing trash bins. Multiple families in one unit. Ummmm.... Well there's so much I can't think of anymore. (Update:) Had a leak in the ceiling for months before anyone even did anything about it.. This leak resulted in black mold and ANOTHER Health Department case. As a result of this review they demanded possession of the place (keys). Basically was an order to vacate during an eviction moratorium because I gave them a deserved bad review? Keep in mind I was never late. Finally someone stopped the leak. But wait... there's BLACK MOLD!!! 3 guys came in laughing in speaking Spanish and they cut a huge hole and left. Exposing black mold for the rest of the time we lived there. Went by the other day and it's still vacant. So the retaliation for a bad google review and a plea to the health dept really paid off huh?

Back to Trashing parking lots , broken beer bottles ,Speeding after Office hours. Maintenance ??? Lot of people moving in and right back out !?

Roaches, Mice, Mold. These apartments are nasty and the community is terrible loud music every night beer bottles and trash everywhere the kids run around and destroy everything with no parents in sight even though they wouldnt care. Ive lived here a year and have yet to see the laundry room or fitness center they advertised. When I first moved in the apartment was just renovated so it looked nice but now that time has passed the nasty they tried covering up is coming out. The roaches are in the walls and they will not respond to my voicemails about coming to fix it. There so bad I cannot put food in my cabinets or walk away from any food I just made because it will be covered in roaches. Very nasty please go somewhere else this place needs shut down immediately
