How bout I sent in the 275 dollars for my application fee and preapproved fee of a 100 dollars 50 for application fee and 125 for some other fee. Called because it asked me to send in some additional information the young lady thats working in the office is very inexperienced cant help me dont have anyone for me to talk to or anything each time I call she has no one for me to speak to at all on top of when I went out to do a tour she could answer any of the questions I asked which wasnt even hard questions. The model looked very nice the apartments outside looked clean and nice but lack of communication is very much so there. I have to drive from far west just to speak to someone and this is all after paying my fees upfront just for the application

Unreliable I can confirm what many others have posted regarding communication with Timber Point management. I was approved via email for an apartment. I have reached out numerous times a day and left a message each day for 2 weeks since. Sadly, no one has answered the phone, returned my calls, or reached back. The only contact I was able to make was to drive 25 miles to see them unannounced in person to ask a question. I am very disappointed, as I was super excited to move here and this was my first choice to move. It was, afterall, a beautiful looking community. In the time I have attempted to make contact, i have arranged a tour elsewhere, viewed a property, gone through the lease, paid deposit,obtained renters insurance, turned on utilities, booked movers, post office change of address, and more.... And just last night, Timber Point sends me documents to sign. A bit too late. The lack if communication is deeply concerning in such an early stage of even trying to get a foot in the door and is only a small indicator of what kind of issues will likely arise once tennancy is established. I may try again in the future, but hope that things get better from here on.

Applied for an apartment here. Was told the email that we were approved for the apartment and we had to finish the application process. I uploaded all of my information as I am self-employed and they told me that they could not use my self-employment so I ended up sending 1099s and no one responded. No one called me back and no one responded to an email. They do not return emails. They do not return phone calls and they do not have the best reviews. Luckily we were approved for another apartment elsewhere with our 1099s so everything happens for a reason I believe I dodged a bullet.

horribly maintained, potholes go unfixed, property uncared for, bugs in the hallways. office staff incredibly rude, entire office staff should be replaced.

I Loove Timber Point Apartment's. The people there are great. The apartments are amazing and also have great view and great space.
