Would give this place zero stars if I could. Terrible management.

It is a nice walkable location to the heart of fountain square. Appliances are new and very nice materials used. However the walls/ceilings are very thin so you definitely want to be on the top floor or else you will hear the creaky wood floors move with every step your upstairs neighbor takes.

The greatest place to live hands down. Ive been living here for about 3 months now and Im eccentric about how living here the remainder of my lease. Thanks to all the friendly staff that helped me with my application and got me in my apartment. Love love love it. I would give 10 stars.

First and only apartment I even went on a tour on when I was apartment shopping in April. Location is amazing. Super cute, cozy and modern!

As a current tenant, if I could give this place negative stars, I would. When I toured here, I asked about the negative reviews listed and they said that they updated their security. Once I moved in, my car was broken into and there were no security cameras besides the front entrance or within the complex. A few months later there was a homeless man was found staying in the bathroom. As for their staff, they're very unprofessional. The office is never open, so don't expect to ever speak to anyone. If you have a maintenance issue, you'll have to file it online. But they will never confirm when it'll get fixed. One time I had an issue, and the staff handled it very poorly. I had tried calling the office multiple times but never could get anyone to pickup, so it was all through email. When I finally spoke to someone, they said the person I need to speak to is OOO until next week. While their maintenance man was rude and will yell foul language. The unit is the best part besides the lack of storage and paper-thin walls. During my tour, I asked if the first-floor tenants complain about the noise coming from the second floor. I was told that the ceiling was made of concrete, but it's more like paper. I once complained about the noise, and the office said, "that's a part of living in an apartment," even though I could hear my neighbor's music over my tv and lots of noise past quiet hours. At the beginning of my lease, I would have told you, I'd renew. If anyone would ask me now, I'd say pay the extra money to live in a nicer, better-managed apartment complex.
