Building remodeled and a lot of improvement. Security fence, new cooling and heating system and many more.

I lived there for years and I think the most recent owners are the worst. All they care about is fixing up the apartments so they can sell them. I had 3 different owners and they never took care of the bed bug issues. Last year they admitted a bunch of tenants, some of which were not even on lease. They were disruptive and troublemakers. Everytime I asked about fixing the issue, they just told me to call the police to get them kicked out, they couldn't do anything. I was told with threat of eviction to move into another apartment so they could renovate my apartment. Rent was increased substantially too. Plus had to pay a water bill. I had a high heat bill that was directly caused by them and they refused to help. I had to pay on it for 6 months to pay it down. I finally got it paid down as I was moving. Never been more eager to move out of anywhere. Highly do not recommend living here.
