Wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. The rent is cheap and the apartments themselves aren't bad but the property manager and office staff actually made my review go down. Expect a lot of notes and letters on your door

Atrium village is a nightmare on Elm street.opossum and its babies we’re walking across my porch and went under my cross space and died and I had to deal with big black flies for 3week..rain leaking through the the light fixtures,mold and mildew, and not to mention a cantankerous old lady that would knock on my wall telling me to stop the noise for just me opening my door and my alarm going off.managers would turn the lights off in the office to keep from dealing with the tenants .I suggest that you do not put your love ones there.Run Run Run.

Maintainance man doesn’t do his job, he claim he worked on my furnace but never really did and the reason I know is because my cameras picked up his every move and he let a invoice saying he did. They had a another guy go the next day to work on furnace but still didn’t check the air handler. Which is actually bad. I know furnace needs work I work at a hvac company but can’t do work on it since it’s an apartment.

Overall the apartments themselves are not bad. Just be careful who you move next to. Unfortunately I stay next to a barking dog. Some of the management at Bristol Square Apartments is very rude and unprofessional. The apartment needs some new maintenance staff.
