I researched Indiana bankruptcy carefully, having read online it is the most difficult state to file. Then I researched lawyers, and Perez & Perez kept repeating with amazing reviews. I called to determine I would be speaking to an attorney throughout the process to answer my questions and guide me through Chapter 7 , not a paralegal or assistant. Jay Perez was 100% diligent, professional, knowledgeable and available to me. He understood the Indiana laws so well and kept me from making naive mistakes, returned my calls promptly throughout and never made me feel embarrassed by the situation I found myself in. I recommend him and his team completely. They exceeded my expectations, and I found their fee to be very competitive and worth every penny. It is a pleasure to recommend them without any reservation.
