First time I went hair was exactly how I liked it, straight and feathered. The student actually knew what she was doing & the instructor helped out. Recently when I returned I hated my hair, it looked like something I could've done at home. The instructor barley assisted the student! It wasn't straight and looked greasy ! But Ms. Barb wanted to get snobby ! And act like my hair was nice when it wasn't ! Definitely won't be returning, glad it was only $9!

First time I had an appt. and was ignored for a LOOOOONG time. They had me scheduled with a student that was late. I finally walked out. Today I watched everyone talking and chatting while I waited , and waited. I was told three times it would just be a moment. After 15 minutes I walked out. They must not have a class in - do not make your client wait a looooong time. There are so many salons now that it is just not good business to make a client mad. I will not be back a third time!

Everyone was personable, knowledgeable and excited about their work. I walked out with exactly what I was wanting. Love the color we all agreed on. I highly recommend. Helped me financially and helped my stylist with her schooling.

They do a great job...especially to be in school and learning...The students have wonderful personalities...
