I bought a package but was never able to use it because they would never answer the phone to schedule. I left several messages asking for a refund. I called daily for weeks. 6 months later and my wedding came and went without being able to use any of the services I had paid for. When I finally got someone to call me back (Nicole) , she left me a message at 10:30pm from a private number and told me to call the same number I kept calling during business hours. I then got another call 2 months later from Nicole stating "it was the first she had heard about my issue." Still no refund. Do not prepay! It's a scam.

I am very happy with my experience with MBS. I love the plethora of options they have and love the results even more! I've had several areas treated and thus far the results have been amazing. The place is clean, and the staff members I've dealt with having been delightful. I read all the positive reviews on Facebook and Yelp....that is what initially convinced me to make an appointment. I am a strong believer in you pay for you what you get. In this case I received more than what I paid for. Thank you!
