Dr. Quill gone & now Dr. Johnson gone. Also Leslie who cleans teeth is gone. So much happening in that office. Not sure I'm going back. Why so many bad reviews about the new dentist?

I had a terrible experience here. I had 3 fillings last week and still have a bad pain that I can not eat anything for a week. The dentist crashed my gum and cheek, had the horrible bleeding first night, then my pain started and became the following day worst with infection, and I had to start antibiotics till now. “Fortunately, I had some!” The worst experience I have ever had, and I believe the responsible authority should close this place as soon as possible; otherwise, someone can get hurt very badly. They are playing with people’s health. I don't know who rated this place 4 stars previously and why. Definitely, go somewhere else!

Our family has been seeing Dr Quill for over 20 years . He is a fabulous dentist!!!! But I must say the person taking care of the billing now is very rude!!! Because of her we are now going somewhere else. If she ever leaves I would return in a heartbeat!!! I have spent more of my time trying to understand their billing than she has to ever try to apologize for her rude comments in the beginning!! I am sure he has no idea because he is to professional to allow it!! What a shame.

My worst dental experience ever. Very unhappy and I am not recommending this office to anyone. The staff's behavior was rude, except for the dental hygiene that did the cleaning for me. In the first appointment, I requested the cleaning and full X-Ray. The appointment took 4 hours (9 am-1 pm) and they only finish with the X-ray!!!! They apologized at the appointment and told me that they did not expect this. They did not even give me the treatment plan. In the second appointment, they checked in both my husband and me. They are supposed to perform cleaning and filling. I went there at 8:00 am sharp and they were only done with cleaning and no fillings!!!!!!! Very Irresponsible. They did two small fillings for my husband from 8-11. The Doctor who is working in the office is extremely slow!!!!! He has huge bleeding just because of fillings :((( The consulting was terrible. I only wanted to do the necessary work due to COVID, and they keep pushing me to replace the crown that does not have a problem. AS I PREVIOUSLY CHECKED IT WITH OTHER DOCTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Overall they are looking for money only. Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found South Indy Dental when I was overwhelmed by dental insurance choices and made a search online. When I called them to ask questions, they were very helpful and squeezed me into the schedule. I signed up for their insurance, which is well priced. Dr. Johnson candidly addressed a toothache I have been having. It can be intimidating to find a new dentist, but South Indy Dental did a great job at making me feel welcome!
