Do not use this company. I used them for windows, doors, and siding. I regret it. After installation, some of the trim boards came loose. Repeated calls were unanswered. Messages were left on the office phone and the cell phone of John Williams. After a year of no contact, I hired someone else to do the repairs.

Many issues with communication, ultimately ending with him never finishing the job. After first phone call his "laptop shorted out" and he lost my contact info. Then after the initial quote "someone stole his laptop" and he needed to make a new quote, After agreeing to his prices, he had to reschedule out install date twice, and then finally showed up at my house unannounced the night before the install to say that the window won't fit. He said he would resolve the issue and get back with me, and I haven't heard from him in over a month,
Don't get me wrong, nice guy. But he shouldn't be running his own business. Avoid this place.
