image The facility itself isn't bad. Need more programs and activities so it don't feel so much like being in work release lol. Needs more therapy type interactions group or individual. The staff for most part was good a few not so much and several where great. The experience would have sucked much more without Nikki activity therapy. And it sucked alot till Dana come to our unit. Dana is amazing and a incredible person. She made all of us feel better and helped. She deserves some recognition for sure.

image This place is horrible. If i could give it a 0 i would. First off there was no communication about anything. Most of the staff were rude and mean when my daughter would ask for her own stuff. She was never given clean clothes, they announce everyone's personal business in front of everyone. When I went for visitation they didn't even bother to clean the cafeteria there was food on the tables the floor was disgusting. My daughter said there were ants in the common room. Staff made fun of the kids and would cuss at them. The whole point of going to a facility like this is to help someone overcome barriers and problems in my opinion there is none of that going on. When a child asks for something the staff act like it's complete inconvenience. My daughter did not receive all of her personal items back when she was discharged. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

image I would not recommend this place. No one would help my boyfriend fill out the paperwork so I could find out what was happening and what his progress was. Also, they stole his belt and polo shirt. I know for a fact that belts are held by the employees, so patients can't harm themselves. I called multiple times and spoke to Erica and Yessica, but neither one resolved the issue or got back to me. I was not satisfied at all.

image I was a patient there two years ago. I was in there for 7 days. While i was in there i only had one therapy session in which i was just asked the same evaluation questions. In the two psychiatrist appointments i had i talked about an abusive relationship i was in and the exact words that were said to me stuck in my head to this day. "Well he probably put you in here so he can go out and talk to other people. We had a rowdy unit. I was on unit 1, the adolescent inpatient unit. There was one day in particular that we got a little loud during our free time so the therapist took it upon herself to lecture the entire unit about how they were ungrateful and hurting everyone around them and how we needed to get over ourselves. There was also one day that a mid to late teen started a fight with a preteen, and not only did they victimize the late teen who was shoving a much smaller child, they improperly restrained the child and just sent him out on early discharge instead of trying to help him or get him help. Do not go there if you don't want to go to a hellscape where hardly anyone working cares and you're likely to get much worse rather than better.

image Options is a very interesting place, but NEEDED experience for recovery from any mental health probs. The unit staff techs are unprofessional and rude, and so are most of the nurses staff. I was on unit 5 and the therapist Julie was kind, straightforward with answers and was able to send my paperwork to get me into sober house. 5 STARS IS FOR THERAPISTS!! I really liked therapy groups and activitys. therapist Sydney was kind, rec therapist Nikki had different fun crafts and games she did with us. The food here could be better, but isnt that bad. The wait when you first get here is long and cold and theres a lot of paperwork. Overall they get the job done. Allot of other patients were rude or didnt want to go to groups, but they missing out the best parts
