I came into work to work for this company at the beginning of 2020 before COVID-19. As the year progressed the cleaning was a bit more intense but easy to handle. A disorder of mine was discussed at the interview and was forgotten about by the end of my employment with them. I got fired off a phone call and my disorder disputes it. The COO is very stuck in his own ways and has elders and his son to remember information for him but they can’t remember. Good company overall but horrible values when it comes to mental health problems and home life, even if you tell them all the information they would need to understand. There’s also no hazmat training for the human fluids they ask you to clean
