Bo's Nails Spa

I went in to get a overlay/fill-in . The lady was shouting telling me that I have fungus in my left thumb nail. Tells me I have to soak off my acrylic , that took 45 minutes. As You can see I don’t have any fungus in nor on none of my nails! Wow 😮 she was shocked saying “You Don’t Have No Fungus!” Now my natural 💅 are very brittle, ridgity, just a hot mess, & had the nerve to charge me $15 for the soak off. Kept Repeating she can’t use her tools on my nails. That was very unprofessional, nobody should’ve known about that but me and her. Now what do I do? I guess I need to get some Sally Henson Nail Hardner . Never to Return 🤨 Service: Acrylic nails

I went here for the first time bc all other nail places were closing and I needed my nails done. My first set was okay, not too many issues with the nails. After two weeks I go back for a fill and the tech tells me I have a nail fungus. NEVER in my life have ever had a nail fungus…, didn’t even know what it looked like. The lady Tina I believe completes my fill and says if the fungus is not gone by time for my next fill, she would take them off and treat them. Decided to go somewhere else on my next fill and this is the result of all the damage done to my nails from the fungus I got from this place using dirty tools. I’m not typically the type of person to right reviews but after the horrible experience I’ve had with this place I can’t let anyone else go through this also. And the fact that these are my real nails I’m very upset. Service: Nail art

I called and asked, did Bo's take walk ins? The owner told me to come in. I got a pedicure and a gel fill with gel polish for my toes and my hands. The next day 4 of my nails were peeling... I took a picture with a time and date stamp because I couldn't go back before today. I went back to show the owner's wife my nails and show her the picture because of course she didn't believe me. She told me they couldn't do anything about that sometimes, if you don't dry good the nails will chip. I said, so you are the professional and didn't do something right. The polish I came in with had been on for 3 weeks. Don't waste your money here, they are unprofessional and don't value quality of work. Thank you Service: Acrylic nails
