        Admittedly I was a little nervous when I had paid half of the total cost up front and no one appeared the next morning; but it turned out fine. I was in a time crunch and these 2 men filled in nail holes and painted the interior of my 1300 sf rental house (including trim but not ceilings) in 3 days. Needed me to walk thru to check for details, and left quite a lot of tiny paint splatter marks on the floor - which I paid someone else to finish cleaning up (mostly successfully). For the price, though, it was all totally worth it. Hard. Working. Folks.
