The time it takes them to have your prescription ready (if ever), you could build a lab and make your own medicine. I even had either a pharmacist or assistant tell me my prescription would be ready in an hour, 28 hours later, It still says processing. Added bonus, they don't answer their phone. I'm sure they blame covid

Scheduled my booster and went in the store only to find out the pharmacy is closed down and all appointments are canceled due to a covid outbreak in the staff. The circumstances are understandable ( I hope they get better). However, I am disappointment at the communication. I took time, gas, and my lunch break to do this. I was not made aware of ANY cancellation until I went into the store and read signs. Later, I did see that CVS sent me a cancellation email...10 MINUTES... before my appointment. You're telling me you had no way of letting me know sooner? What is the point of putting in my contact info/phone number on the reservation if you don't call me up! I am NOT looking at my email when I am driving TO MY APPOINTMENT. I wasted my time.

Never have the medicine ready when they say they do. I always come a few days later to give them more time and still waste trips. Today no different.

Some of staff don't wear masks/gloves and I saw one of them pick up a tablet from the floor and put it back in the bottle!! I waited for 30 minutes for pick up and I left without my medication!!!
