The plumber, Rudy, improperly diagnosed an issue with a leaking pipe; incorrectly cleaned my water heater (which then caused me to pay $100 to fix his work); said he was too large to fix a leak in a pipe that I had requested; and conversed about his family issues far longer than he did work. When the problems were brought up to Snappy, they said they would send someone out at a time that works best for us. When given that time, they replied that they weren't available for several weeks after the time that worked best for us. I'm understanding the two star review on Yelp now Services: Boiler repair, Pipe repair, Leak investigation and repair, Shower repair

I needed the pilot light lit. They were on time. He said he lit it and we would have water in an hour. We didnt have hot water at all. I called first thing the next morning to see if he could come back. He said call the office. I called the office several times and never got an answer. I called technician back. He said he called office and told her about the problem. She said oh .They never came back. He took the 80 in cash. We didnt get a receipt. And it was suppose to be 75 dollars. He didnt have change. Basically we feel ripped off. We had to call another company to come out.

Kevin and Gabe had came out and replace our water heater for us they were in and out and very polite thank you again we’ll be calling back for sure.

Richard was very professional and went the extra mile in servicing our issue. He could have very easily stopped at ensuring there was no leak but instead he removed the water from our carpet and left us a fan to completely dry the pad underneath the carpet so that mold would not set it.
