Me and my son like it over here because it's real quiet and the maintenance man when you call the maintenance they come out and fix whatever needs to be fixed thank you Dominique and Bud because it didn't even take long and we like the washing machine and the dryer hook up in the apartment thank you.

Called the office to let them know I was having trouble w my sink he came out a few hours later SAME DAY followed my instructions of calling before entering my home then make sure he got permission before entering home it was quick handled in the most respectful way being that it was a SUNDAY very professional.

My girlfriend lives there and has for years there is a broken rail on the banister that she said was like that when she moved in there is always broken bottles in the parking lot and court yard the same broken grass has been in her court yard for 3 months I hear gun shots
regularly, arguing ,trash in the court yard in view of the office is an apartment with boarded up windows that have been there for at least two months I wouldn't rent here and will be moving my girlfriend and her kids so they don't have to live in an run down slum lord ran place. update the same broken glass is still in the court yard and parking area she has reached out but is only given empty promises I'm going to start posting pictures of the and broken glass ,the rotting tree that is infested with termites that I seen in one area sugar coat it all you want this place is a bad place to live

I haven’t had any major problems since I’ve lived here whatever issues I’ve had it was taken care of before I got off the phone. wish the intercoms were hooked up too buzz people in because sometimes there’s strangers also homeless people in the hallways sometimes.I be concerned about my neighbors young and old people are beyond crazy these days!! The intercoms need to be hooked back up for our safety!!
