Editing this. I'm moving out this month and they refused to pro rate my rent even though my lease ends before the end of the month. After contacting them about it, I was told it was because I never submitted an intent to vacate. Except that I did - well in advance of the 30 day notice that they require, might I add. This place has been a nightmare. Don't rent here. They just want your money and will charge you for anything they can. Thankfully I had kept a copy of my notice and had proof. Can't wait to be done with this place.
They promised to credit me for the amount I over paid since my last months rent should have been prorated. Not only did they not do that, they charged me additional rent that they took out of my deposit refund. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. Don't rent here.
