Great experience. My wife and I moved this summer and we ended up finishing a basement on the new house and doing a few updates to home we were selling. Grace Renovations was amazing. The work was clearly communicated and to our expectations each time. Have started recommending to family and friends. Can't say enough good things--always responsive, completely honest, and highest quality work.

Took much longer than quoted, didn't get exactly what I wanted and requested more money at the end. However the job was finally done...... was gonna leave at this however responded rudely.... Michael was the worker, the cement base he made in my backyard was not mixed well and he didn't even finished it, it was not even straight. The shelves he put up was not finished to the expectation. He didn't cover the work area and my entire home was covered in dust. I even had to pay to in to depose of waste at the dump.

Gulliver provided a competitive estimate on our soffit and gutter replacement the same day I reached out to him. The job was completed shortly afterwards and exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend his work to anyone.
