        I had some leaking around one of my windows and contacted Lathrop to come look at the house and quote the project. They were extremely responsive, identified the issue almost immediately, and were able to quote the job fast. Scott was responsive to any of my questions between signing the contract and the work actually being done. They gave me an accurate timeframe for the work to be done. The day of the work was done quickly, professionally, and they listened to any concerns I had. Would definitely use again! Service: Window repair

        We used Lathrop for a new roof, gutters and vents after a hail storm. They made the process very easy, doing their own inspection, then contacting my insurance to coordinate a meeting with them. They also facilitated the payments between me, Lathrop and my insurance. The job was a big one, but done in a very timely matter with efficiency. Quality very good and cleaned up after themselves very well. Scott was super easy to work with. Very clear in his explanations of needed repairs and again, taking care of communication with my insurance. Bottom line- I would recommend them and use them again. Services: Gutter repairs, Roof inspection, Roof installation, Attic venting installation

        Jeff Lathrop is honest, fair priced and does excellent work. He replaced my roof 2 years ago with great work. Then I had major siding issue that has gone on for the past 13 years at my house. Jeff and his team did a great job. He replaced a whole side of my siding. It is over 25 years old and he was able to match the white to almost identical to what we had. It looks great and holds up in the wind. If you need a good honest contractor for home needs, Lathrop is the way to go. Reasonable price, excellent workmanship, honest and will tell you what he thinks works best. Services: Cracks, settlement, & leaks, General repairs & installation
