I absolutely hate posting this review because everything went well with them - until it didn't. Some of what went wrong was circumstantial and out of Justin's (the owner's) control, and some of it was a result of not running his business in a sound and responsible manner - there was a lot of robbing Peter to pay Paul, and we ended up being the end of the line - out $17,000 and left with a fence that was 25% complete. I made the mistake of "advancing" a significant amount of cash on a very partially completed project and then it was never finished. We had a fence project with X-Stream Waterproofing that included a partial privacy fence along with an aluminum fence. The project started off great and we were really happy with the craftsmanship. About a week or so in I noticed that there were a lot of "stories" about what was going on with labor and supplies. In their defense, it was during COVID and they were up against a very real struggle to source lumber. We never questioned that or faulted Justin for that issue. But he also allegedly had the decorative aluminum fence on order... week after week passed and there was always another story about the delay. So I finally contacted the supplier. No order was ever placed. And Justin went silent. And continued to lie about waiting on the order. Unfortunately, he just can't be trusted. He's slick and knows how to talk the talk and has a story to back up every circumstance. I hope I save someone else from the absolute nightmare of a similar situation. We had to hire another company to come in and finish what they started on the privacy fence, totally reorder the aluminum fence material and install. That meant going $10,000 over our originally quoted budget and waiting another 6 months for the fence to be finished. While I would love to recommend them, there is absolutely no way you should take the risk!

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Justin’s professionalism and work. He had a busy schedule but did his best to fit us in as we were in on a strict timeline. SO glad we didn’t go with any of the other companies in the area.

Justin always communicated in a timely manner and came through for me fast, when other companies couldn't. Justin and his crew at X-Stream did good work for a very fair price. My realtor and I will be sending more business his way in the future.

I have had this company come out and do work on my rental properties as well as my personal home. They do good work and are priced fairly. I will continue to use them for future projects.
