Unfortunately, I was unable to attend my new patient appointment due to an overpowering chemical odor in the waiting room. The smell caused dizziness and made breathing difficult for me. When I inquired with the receptionist about the source of the odor and the possibility of rescheduling, she dismissed my concerns and didn't provide any helpful information.
As an asthma and allergy sufferer, I found this experience to be particularly distressing. I decided to cancel my appointment and share this review to help others with similar health issues avoid a similar situation. I sincerely hope the dental office takes this feedback into consideration and improves their environment for all patients.
