Waited 2 weeks for an appointment for my sons tooth pain . We get into the office and Savannah tell us there is no room for us to be seen in . Sent home with no antibiotics for swelling and pain. Just really stuck up staff and she had no consideration for my child. Will no be returning to the Jeffersonville office.

My son had a chipped tooth and the friendly staff had my son xray'd and his tooth repaired in about 30 minutes. I would recommend Kid's Dentistree to everyone who I know.

Ive been bringing my daughter here for years, and everyone is always very nice and they do a good job, but the wait has always been atrocious. Weve never been seen on time (usually ~30 minutes after our appointment time).
I kept coming back because they are kind, and I understand its a busy office and they try to squeeze in emergencies. But everyone has their breaking point, and we reached ours this week when we arrived at 10:45 for an 11am regular cleaning appointment (which takes about 15 minutes) and didnt get out of there until 12:30pm.
We spent 45 minutes in the waiting room, and another 45 minutes in the back waiting while the hygienist and dentist switched back and forth between my kid and other patients. It was obvious they were short staffed and trying to be in multiple places at once, which Im sympathetic to on occasion, but this short staffing/scheduling issue seems to be a chronic problem. They did apologize for the wait, and gave my daughter extra prizes for being patient (she was a trooper), which was nice.
But by that point, my daughter had already asked for me to please find her another dentist where she didnt have to wait so long every timeno amount of prizes was going to change her mind.
If this office could get their scheduling under control, wed happily come back, but as it is, all that waiting is just too much for kids who are already anxious about being at the dentist.

Always nice and works well with parents, and kids. Communication is really good when concerns are brought up.

I have a special needs child and he was very patient and understanding with my son! He made us as parents feel comfortable with what he had to do!
