        I made (and pre-paid for) an appointment to get fingerprinted. No one was at the office. At all. I waited for an hour and no one ever showed up, despite waiting an hour in the parking lot.

        First time being here, waited for 30 minutes before anyone took my info to sign in, then had to wait another 30 minutes because they took 2 people who came AFTER ME in before they did my drug screen. Amazing.

        Workers did not wear masks. Was not allowed to sit down for vaccine injection or choose which arm was used. Was not shown prefilled syringe or vial used for injection. Urine drug screen they did not add blue dye to toilet water.
