        So I went to McAlister's yesterday and I am new to the area my second time at this location. and there was no one in there and me and my friend. Ordered, my order was first. He ordered next and he got his order. And I still hadn't received mine. I said something to the lady. and said that they were really busy and apparently my order got pushed back. And then I asked to talk to a manager. They sent another girl over. She was trying to say that they were really busy. And that's the reason why my order got pushed back and I said, but I ordered first and there was no one here. When we got here, my friend ordered after me and he got his meal And I still hadn't received mine and so they gave me to another manager which came out and wanted to know. What was going on? I told him basically. I wanted to refund since they couldn't do their job. And he sent out another manager which kept trying to say that they were busy. They had a lot of online orders. And all I gotta say is I was there right then. And they couldn't service me so I asked for a refund if you can. Serve me you don't deserve my money. And I can't help to believe that it's because I was transgender.

        The food and staff here were very good. I was a little disappointed as I had a sandwich with chili, and they provided a fork and knife which I didn't use, but forgot a spoon which I needed. Also, the meat on the New Yorker sandwich wasn't spread completely and properly over the bread. I sat where I could watch my vehicle as I have had my car towed as abandoned by the property owner. Parking: Be careful and watch your vehicle as I have had my car towed from the parking lot.

        Food and service was great. However a young man kept sweeping the floor around my table the whole time I was eating. That was not present.
