Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kokomo

Had an overnight stay for work. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice as well. Morning breakfast offered different options and was very delicious. Honestly a great overall experience.

I asked the ladies at the front desk if they had any gum or mints for sale. They did not, but they directed me to the vending machine. Although the vending machine did not have any, the lady had already walked down to purchase some for me. I found that to be awesome. The customer service displayed here was fantastic.

I've stayed here many times. It's always clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is clean and breakfast is pretty decent.

The building is beautiful! The pool was a nice surprise, wish we brought some bathing suits! We had a great overnight stay, everything went very smoothly, even with a late check in. They had a great breakfast available, it was nice to have a warm breakfast, pancakes and cinnamon rolls, weren't expecting that. I understand they are doing a complete renovation, I believe it will get even more beautiful with time. Out of our choices in the city, I believe that this was the best choice, it was much nicer than the other hotels and motels in the area. We were so happy with our stay that we would have stayed another night if they hadn't been sold out the extra night we would have stayed. Great IHG property with very nice staff! Thank you!

Friendly staff, microwaves and fridge in room, complimentary breakfast which isn't offered in all hotels in this area. Clean contemporary decor. Real happy with this place.
